Overall I think that the Smithsonian Institute’s Website is well-equipped with lots of information. This information is good for user that professionalize in history or people who like to explore about life. It is consider a good website after analyzing the evaluation. Most of the requirements are met except the way of presenting itself. It has too many columns and hence it looks a bit complicated for the user. The simple arrangement helps a lot in the lacking of presentation. Therefore, I say this can be considered as an example of a good websites.

The most important thing that I learned is the using of search facilities. This skill will follow me forever as nowadays Internet is a usual tool for us to search for information - be it fact or opinions. Also with the part of evaluations enhance my search results and taught me how to analyze a website.

Due to its complicated presentation, more time is needed to find the page that I want to go. Fortunately, the data I need to answer most of other parts of the evaluation can be found readily. However, similar problems occurred to me for the parts on accuracy and authority. These are the 2 areas I am in doubt with always. So this shows that I need to have more help in these areas.

It shows that most of resources I found seem to have a few things in common. For example, the purpose and coverage will be stated clearly, and most of the resources are free to view. I find difficulty in answering the parts on authority. Though the contact (usually e-mail) can be found in the home page or the "about us" page, it does not really show it is an authoritative. So I tried to figure it and I think that what I thought is true. Also, Accuracy is another tough part to evaluate. As some sources, I view it as correct, but the information can be fake or bias. So I'm also somewhat unsure. The others are still manageable to analyze. Finally, I finished my evaluation for the 3 resources.

The forum website I found is working. So meaning the experts are always around to help us. This is my first time to ask question in the forum. The information that the local expert gave me is considered useful. So now I know that forum is a useful tool to clarify my doubts. :)
